  Staff in training and management could be be taught hospitality. Bothering guests at 11:00 p.m. because of a paperwork issue was unprofessional at best. Given a room practically in the lobby when reservation for top floor was also poor service. Rooms are nice and breakfast was above average which are the saving graces. Otherwise due to service it would be less. I tried giving them a second chance, however poor phone etiquette dissuaded me from making another reservation. I'll update after another stay ... but that may be a while.
