- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I moved into the Camden Townhomes in February of 2016 on a lease takeover. I was graduating this winter and had no desire to stay in Ellensburg and wanted to move back to CA but my new lease was not going to expire until June of 2017. Morgan and Jeff were such a HUGE help when it came to making the process super easy. I was legally obligated to pay for rent until they found someone to take over my place or when my lease was up in June. Those two were able to find perfect replacements within a week which saved me thousands of dollars. Additionally, they were completely fair with the damage report after I moved and I was able to receive a much larger portion of my security deposit than I expected.
